Papa Bo Min; is a casual eatery and bar experience serving modern Chinese food and cocktails in the CBD’s Grosvenor Place. Papa Bo Min will serve both dine in and takeaway options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The name is a nod to owner Michael Jiang’s father who the family and Lotus Dining team affectionately call ‘Papa Bo Min’.
The bar is a key part of the Papa Bo Min experience. Award winning cocktail artist Kate McGraw’s ‘Papa’s frose’ with orange blossom and rhubarb; and ‘Kate’s hard lemonade’ with gin, lemonade fruit, lemon aspen, milk oolong, and prosecco made to share, are obvious winners. An ever-changing wine list by group sommelier Annette Lacey offers more than 25 wines by the glass. Off the booze? House-made sodas are your go-to.
Papa Bo Min stays with the food’s ‘good for you’ vibe by donating a portion of proceeds from selected dishes to an Australian charity. All takeaway packaging is biodegradable and for every six takeaway soda bottles you bring back we will give you a soda on the house.
Get down to Papa Town between 5pm and 7pm for $10 dumpling baskets and half price cocktails!
The philosophy behind the Papa Bo Min wine list is short, sharp and edgy. We have a large offering of wines by the glass, matched to the fun and casual food.
