Lychee, Mandarin & Mint Sangria

INGREDIENTS

  • 90ml shiraz
  • 50ml mandarin Juice
  • 50ml lychee Juice
  • 30ml Korean soju 
  • Ice cubes & crushed ice
 
 
For Garnish
  • Mint leaves
  • Dried mandarin segment
  • Lychee

METHOD

  1. Measure the shiraz, mandarin juice, lychee juice and Korean soju.
  2. Shake all the ingredients with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. 
  3. Pour in a glass over crushed ice.  
  4. To serve – Garnish with mint leaves, dried mandarin segment and lychee.
