Korean Vegan Dinner
Experience Korean cuisine like never before
Korea sits adjacent to China and the two have a lot in common, their cuisines flavour is similar but quite different. Traditionally, Korean cuisine relies heavily on grains, legumes, and vegetables. Meat was scarce, so Korean ancestors didn’t eat as much meat as they do in modern days.
Korean temple cooking is also entirely plant-based, using seasonal ingredients which are mostly grown in temple grounds or harvested from fields and mountains. No meat or seafood is allowed! Due to the long history of Buddhism in Korea, temple cuisine is deeply incorporated into traditional Korean cuisine.
