Lotus Dining launches The Resident
Acclaimed Chef Pablo Tordesillas has returned to Sydney at the helm of The Resident – Lotus Dining Group’s first Mediterranean inspired Cafe, Restaurant and Bar, perfectly positioned across from Sydney’s iconic Hyde Park.
The menu will showcase both distinctive Mediterranean flavours and premium quality Australian ingredients sourced from around the country, with dishes to include mussels with lemon myrtle, artichoke and dill, and grilled tongue, quince, anchovy and endive.
During the day the café will be serving coffee, house-made organic bread, pastries and a fresh, seasonal lunch menu.
Open 7am -3:30pm, daily.

Dinner, Monday – Saturday: 5:30pm – 10pm
